I was thinking about setting up a 20 gallon long (or tall)
with a pitcher plant and other live plants.
and iwas thinking about putting some kind of frog in it
maybe dart frogs or tree frogs?
what do you guys think?
what high humidity/temperature herps could go in it?

red eyed tree frawgs would work in there i think it sounds legit to me

i agree, but you'd have keep it pretty warm and crazy humid.

i have a fully planted 20 gal long tank with a screen extension top that has a waterfall and fogger for humidity. i had a Mtn horned dragon in it for a while, and now have 2 water dragons and a fire belly newt. its not really that hard to keep the humidity at levels suitable for most tropical reptiles

are you keeping the newt with the water dragons?

thats incredible.
i was thinking something alon those lines

the newt is the same size as the water dragons, and there are plenty of hiding places for him. the water dragons are hatchlings (snout to vent length is about 2inches). by the time they get too big for this vivarium and become a danger to the newt i'll have built a custom enclosure for them :)

Won't the pitcher kill the frogs?

Paul
the frogs should be fine there are maany that adapted to living insid ethe pitcher plants and eating the bugs lured in by it
