Hello I have two full grown blood parrot cichlids in a 55 gallon long aquarium. I am ashamed to say that do to lack of funds they only have a large rock as their decoration for some time now. But now i am able to put some more money into their home. I was wondering if anyone coul recommend any types of plants that are safe to keep with cichlids and will survive their moving things around tendencies. Also what i can use for them to have stuff to hide in since they are both around 8 inches big. And I am a beginner plant keeper so any links that can get me up to speed would be very much appreciated. Thank you for your help.
