Plants for O tank...?

Ok, I am wanting to get some plants for my Oscars tank... i know i know.... they will get shredded. BUT i am thinking some sort of moss . Idk and maybe a piece of driftwood.


Ok so what I am thinking Is get a good piece of Driftwood.. and then get a colony of Java Moss Started On it.

Ok well how can i boil a piece of Driftwood?
I mean i dont think i have a pot big enough for one...
And does anyone have some free java moss?

I think java moss on the driftwood would work well once established, also floating plants (salvania, water lettuce, water hyacanth) grow fast and are good nitrate removers and are difficult for the oscars to damage.
