besides java moss, what are plants that are low in requirements? Like no co2 needed?

I have riccia and java moss and they are duin great without a co2 system.

wisteria grows without almost any light and doesn't need CO2. it is a very hardy plant and will spread out rapidly.

here's a pic: :)

what is your lighting and what size tank?

Anubias, java fern, crypts, windelov fern, hornwort, a bunch of floaters, some cabomba, some ludwigias, some rotalas....are you looking for plants with a rhizome or stem plants?

Im just new to planted tanks and im only using high wattage study table lights. :( but its doing good. Im stocking plants in a tank for decor, its not fully intended to be a plant tank thats why I asking.

Thanks guys :)

java ferns are a good no-brainer place to start . . .

are they good with any type of substrate?

No, if you plant the rhizome underneath the substrate, the plant will rot. Attach it with some cotton thread to a piece of driftwood.

same with anubias, also a fantastic starter plant which is low light and very hardy. Lots of different variations available as well
