4ft light with 2 plant/aquarium bulbs from lowes. they are 40wts each. I know I need more light to have all the crazy plants. I plan on picking up another light as you need atleast 1wt per gallon min....right? I used to have a 55g with the same bulbs on a 7 dollar shop light and I had plants growing like crazy!!! now i am trying to get back into that.

Man its been a while since I did my reading on plants! I just started hitting up that section of MFK. I just checked their website they are 1900 lumens.
