im completely, absolutely, have no idea about plants..so i figured i should start small:D ive seen plants attached to driftwood and look awesome, so what kind of plants are there that can attach to driftwood? can you you have two diffrent plants on a single driftwood?---and you just have to tie it up til its roots naturally wrap itself around right?

lastly, where can i get some of those plants and maybe driftwood?? any reliable source?? maybe someone who sells them without snails, parasites, insects, etc. thanks:D

oh, and are plants expensive?:D:D

I sell plants, but they aren't always snail free. Snails and plants are hand and hand. Anubias and java ferns will attach to driftwood. Multiple plants can be on the same wood.

yeah, java's are nice. They spread quick and thick.
ludwigia's are nice too. I believe they can stick to driftwood. Cool root systems.

Hey there…
If your worried about snails… just get some clown loaches, they will take care of the snail problem..

Don

i used to use fishing line to tie them around the wood-java ferns would be nice, and like someone else said anubias-they both dont need much light.

hey about anubias....ive seen alot of diffrent ones, some are small with round leaves and some are big with long leaves..... i want something short/small---which ones should i look for??

Anubias barteri, nana, nana petite are the most common. There are many others available though.

ok so im getting my first driftwood that i planned to get anubias attached on.
heres the thing, im planning on keeping the driftwood/plant in a bucket til i get the "desire look" that im aimming on, so will it be ok? no fish, aeration, etc. i can however place it near the window and put lights on top of it.

do i also need to dechlor the water that i will be using? temp? how long/how fast to they usually grow?

and if i plan to add moss, should plant both plants at the same time, or one plant at a time?---and which should go first?

hope you undestand, im abit buzzed lol thanks and have a good one
