New to planted tanks. This is our 120g fully cycled and we wanted to do a tank to tank transfer later today- what is going on with these leaves?
will it hurt the fish?
as time goes on anything to watch for that may hurt them?

Seen this as light burn. Would lessen it part of the time.

Won't do any harm... the plants way of saying it needs more/less light and/or more nutrients. Anubias is pretty undemanding with lights and can take a lot or not too much at all though... Considered liquid ferts?

Cutting off anything dying will also encourage new growth and let the plant focus on the good leaves.
