plants to grow on wood?

Other than Java fern/moss is there any other plants I could attach to wood in the tank which will grow?
I keep polypterus and Dats only

It sounds like Anubias spp. will work for you. They are very hardy and will attach to wood easily.

A. nana, A. barteri, A. frazeri, A. coffefolia (sp?)

the best way is to use 100% cotton thread then wait tell it just dissolves and then it will be fully attached. or a rubber band if you can fit it around just it will become brittle and break off and you will need to get the pieces of rubber before it clogs the filter.

I have some Wisteria successfully growing into wood, I just wedged the roots into a crevice in the wood and it took off. It has doubled in size in around a month.

Most Cryptocoryne spp. will also adhere to wood.
