What plants would be good for a Chinese water dragon and help keep up humidity? Also it would need to grow in Sphagnum moss

What size of terrarium are you using? Any plant you bring in from a shop unless its specifically made for terrarium decoration has to remain a few mouths outdoors to shed any quemicals it was inevitably expossed to and can harm your lizard.

any plant from a ropical region will do the trick. Pothos work well and so do many bromiliads and orchids. It all depends on what you want to see and where you are going to place them in the tank...

I have been thinking Pothos but orchids sound nice. Its only a 20 for now and upgrading to a 45 in a few weeks but he is still a baby like a 4 inch body. THanks

Orchids are difficult but it can be done if you fertilize them once a week and follow general orchid care. pothos, dracaenas, soft leaf bromeliads, and if you keep em in their own separate pot with peat- pitcher plants.

Hmm sounds too.. compicated.. im not that good with plants.. any easier plants?

hmm seems nice

A small hibiscus?
You can use it but I assure you it will not last long, they are a complete pain to keep alive indoors. Sanseveria trifasciata, the mother in law tongue its safe, cheap and bullet proof, just make shure you dont water it too much and that it has good drainage.

:iagree:on the Sanseveria.

And Pothos work great. Come in a few different varities, quick, fast, easy growers.

What about them umbrella tree plants. I know they have a real name I just can not think of them. alot of people use them with chams and such
