Plastic decorative plants?

I found some decorative plastic plant in one of my storage rooms and I was wondering if it was safe to use in an aquarium? It is plastic vines and the leaves are the silky ones and it looks like there is a clear glaze over the leaves?

If they don't have wire running through them that can rust you can use them.

I would just use plants for aquarium use only. I bought some fake plants from an art store years ago and some glue leeched out and fouled my tank water. Pls they have some really cool looking fake plants at the pet shops that you know will be safe. For what the plants cost not worth risking leeching toxins in your tank.

Yeah. It was laying around so I just thought "what the heck"! I most likely won't use them though.

Most silk plants at craft stores are aquarium safe. Thats all I use in mine!
