Hello.
Came across a plastic tube that would do nicely as a cave for a tiretrack but im having concerns it might contain harmful materials.
I believe its used as a sewagepipe and grey.

On one end it has these marking inbedded in the plastic.
HTEM DN 75x1.9
en 1451 B M
PP-H
DIN 4102-B1

Also some text printed on the side.
EN 1451 B HTEM DN 75x1.9 mm PP-H IN 4102-B1 schwer entflammbar U-SKZ M 08

Any ideas if its harmful or not ?

Regards

If you have doubt...find something else. Hope I helped.
If i would do that then i would never find a suitable pipe ;)

Put some guppies in a 5 gallon tanks with a lot of the bar cut up and see it it "makes them sick." Might be more work than it's worth.
Could be done quite easily, is fry more sensitive then adults ?

get some PVC pipe from your local hardware store. I use it for my loaches.

It will be fine.

Cut of a piece 6cm long yeasterday and put in a small plastic container(food grade quality) and some water and 3 small(1cm) fishes and a couple of plants for them to hide in.

The fishes seems to do well today 16hours or so later, is 16 hours enough ?
