hhmmm, well i saw some platinum aros today for sale at £69.99 and about 8" healthy size....but not overly 'platinum' looking. could have been the lighting but surely that would have made them look whiter?
apparently this shops silver aros go for about £20, so obv theres a prices difference, but not of the thousands i would have thought.

do you think they r platinums or not?
i appreciate i should have taken a pic but i got, rather my daughter, got us kicked out before i got a chance.

No, which shop was it. Wildwoods were charging £60 for plain old silvers last time i was there. They may be slightly whiter for whatever reason but not leucism

No chance

yea thats pretty much what i thought. maybe water quality is poor and washed them out
they didnt look stunning enough to be platinums lol
this place is really good though and knows their stuff which is the only reason i didnt straight off thing silvers. there must be something in it for them to have said it....may warrant another trip and ask for an explanation and some pics :)

nah to cheap

I doubt they're Platinum, especially if it's labeled as Platinum for that cheap. There was a member here who got a Platinum Silver as a regular Silver awhile ago...I don't see that member on here anymore, but I remember he sold it for a pretty penny. That was a 1 in a 1000000 shot.
