Whats the go?

They a color form or someone colors them?

Are there just a few plats in 1000s of normal ofspring or if you breed plat to plat you get more plats?

Any info would be good!

Platinum is a true colour form , also know as leucistic it's a mutation where the chromophores (cells that hold pigment) are mostly lacking, resulting in the fish's body being white, with coloured eyes.

I've seen some alleged "platinum" jardini's but really they were just white tank treated and within a couple of weeks they turned regular.
