I am wondering how does platinum arowana come about - from 2 Xbacks?

How to derive platinum?

Anyone can share on this. thanks.

I can understand tongyan, etc but platinum .... I am unsure.

I thought platinums were just albinos... anyway be prepared to pay upwards of 80k for a true platinum specimen.

I don't think platinum aro is albino since red eye is the tale tail sign of albino. More likely is leustic which black normal eyes color with platinum color.

I think DFI sell's them? they sell them for 16k and up!!!I'm pretty sure they come from 2 crossbacks and they're a deformation...
