Ran across these at a local fish store. tiny little place that does loads of flowerhorn imports. they have only gotten aro's in for the last couple months. said they came from malaysia on wednesday....anywho... I have seen a lot of arowana and a lot of jardini (just sold mine that was in wonderful shape) but i have never seen anything like this. It is honestly the shiniest, whitest aro I've ever seen and it's a jar (supposedly). Not a hint of gold, fins are blackish blue. I am totally amazed. they weren't too expensive and there was 4 maybe 5, thinking about getting them all and seeing what they turn into. got pics, not wonderful, nor do they do them justice, they are SHINY WHITE/SILVER,about 4" and like a said not even a hint of gold. my old jar was always gold. Anyone? Any comments or thoughts are extremely appreciated, i've never seen anything like this.....
edit: and it is standard lighting, no white substrate, etc...first thing i checked.
