Platinum Redtails

Hey lads! After keeping red tail catfish for about a year (best fish I've ever kept bar none), I looked into Platinum Redtails, and I'm fascinated. Are they albinos, or are they like the platinum arowana where they have white skin but they're not true albinos. Also, where can I buy one, haha.

There are various grades with corresponding prices. If you do a search on this forum section, you should find most or all the info you need. As for the sources, they seem to pop up sporadically but I have seen no rhyme or reason for any pattern in the offering.
