Platinum spatula gar n tankmate

I just got a 17" platinum spatula gar. I wonder if he will fit in my tank with a lot of small fish. I have about 8 arowana range from 7-13". 31clown loach size from 3" to 12" a few datnoid about 5" I want to put the gar in there. Is it a good idea???.

I think the gar might eat the tankmates, I wouldn't risk it here
