Is it possible you are overfeeding? Or perhaps the fish has been constipated? The color of the poo looks ok.

You probably need to change up the way you feed. For example in one of my tanks I drop a few blood worms that sink to the bottom for little fish and then put in floating food for the other fish..that way everybody eats. Remember all the food you put in should be gone in a few seconds.
