pleas help me ID this knife fish

now one seems to know what kind of knife fish this is maybe someone here knows

it is about 40cm long has a greenish tint and a yellow golden stripe that runs from the top of the head to top of the tail his underside is grayish pink couler

Looks like a Goldline Knife Fish (Sternopygus Macrurus)

it looks a lot like a Sternopygus Macrurus but as fare as i can tel they have a stripe along the side of there body mine has a line along the top of its body i dont know if that maters

Yeah, that'd be a goldline knifefish. I own one myself.

I know they get huge, but what's their temperament like?

Mine is not agresive towords any of my fish he liks to hang out in his hidding place until it is completly dark in the room and then he starts to roam the tank. I only have fish in the tank that are to large to eat so i dont know how he is with smaller fish
