Please diagnose whats wrong with this Red Terror

My Red Terror has swam weird for months now. He seems to struggle swimming and sits on the bottom a lot. When he swims it almost looks like hes crawling or something.Has this happened to anyone? and can I cure it?

Sounds like a swim bladder problem. There are a few good post about treatment in the fish disease and treatment section
