Please help Configure my filtration!

I have a 150 tall 48x24x30" currently running a Xp3 and Bio350 for filtration with a Korlia 950 pump for current.

I am adding an Fx5 i was thinking of loading up the xp3 with sponges for mechanical and seeding the FX5 with the two baskets full of rings from the Rena and using the FX5 for BIO. In a month I want to take the Bio350 offline. Does this make the most sense for what I have??

So, you're taking the bio out of the already established XP3 and putting it in the FX5, then putting sponges in to the XP3? If that's the case, you can already take the Bio350 offline.
I see no point to wait a month to take the Bio350 off since you already have established media from the XP3/ soon to be in the FX5.

Or am I reading it wrong?

You are correct. I am actually buying the Fx5 tonight on Ebay....just ordered the media and the rest of my lights from fosteraquatics....should be good to go in a week!
