Here is Bullitt,
I've had this smaller aro for about 4-5 months, he looks great to me and has at least doubled in size if not a bit more. He is eating mainly minnows, market shrimp and hakari sticks. He is a great eater and seems to gorge himself until he looks quite uncomfortably full.
I'd like someone with some knowledge to have a look and tell me how he is doing please.
He is very active, not shy when I'm in the tank and I think he is beautiful.

And here is B.A or Ego as my son has named him...

I've had him for about three months. I got him from Craigslist and I think he was living in a 5 gallon bucket before I got him, poor guy.
He is about 11" or so didnt eat anything for about three weeks after I got him. The previous abuser, um I mean owner said he would only eat hakari sticks. I got him home, in his tank and tried feeding everything you could think of and he wouldn't touch it.
He eventually ate some minnows and now feasts on 10 or so small to med feeder gold fish in a day or two. He looks healthy to me and is active and friendly to tankmates. He is usually calm when I'm in the tank and will even let me softly pet him. He is very jumpy when people walk to close to the tank but it's not a high traffic area so this not too often.
I've tried feeding him everything imaginable but he will only eat the feeder fish and completely ignores hakari sticks, market shrimp, chunks of blood worms and brine shrimp. He sometimes bites the shrimp but will immediately spit it out if it doesn't wiggle in his mouth..
I have a couple concerns with the small holes in his fins that have been there since I got him.. It isn't rot that I can see and isn't getting better or worse. Is it normal like his fingerprint to say or just his fins....
Again knowledge evaluations would be greatly appreciated.
Here he is. The bucket is what he was in when I got him and that's his best friend a brown knife that he came with...

One healthy looking Silver Aro, great job, he is spoiled with the live feeders, if you want to get him to eat Hikari Carnivore Sticks cut out the feeders. Make sure you treat feeders before feeding, treat them with something like paraguard. :)

Both Aro's look great. :)

Thanks guys. What do you think about the little round holes in the large aros lower tail fins?
There's no rips or tattered fins just those odd tiny holes..

I don't see any holes in the fin, however the fin is also one of the quickest parts on fish to regenerate.

Here I zoomed in on them.
They are small but I was just checking to make sure everything is good with him.
