Hi everyone this is my first post on here. Hopefully someone can help me.
I have a 75 gallon aquarium with a Filstar XP4. I had an XP3 in the past so I am pretty familar with them. So this XP4 has been running great and everything and I cleaned it like usual and now it won't work. I have taken apart the impeller to see if its turning which the part with the white blades definitely turns but the piece that is put on top of that (its like a little circle) does not spin. Is it supposed to? When I try and prime the filter it will fill with water but when I plug it in after it doesn't do anything. Can anyone give me anything to try? I have a sick turtle and he needs the filter!!
