Ammonia should be zero... What about nitrite and nitrate? How long has the tank been set up?
For a very long time. I don't really know how to check those , but ph and ammonia looks good, its 0 , this flowerhorn is 3 y old, I had him since he was a baby, all parametres are good but can't understand whats up, he is not attacking anyone lol, like it used to be , just sitting in the corner but eats good, than goes back to the bottom

The nitrates may be too high, as you only do %30 weekly. To actually remove the nitrates you want to do %50+ water changes at least once a week.

See if your lfs has a nitrate test kit, if not, look for a master test kit.

But he is swimming and eating but right after he is done goes back to corner. Hope he won't die

The nitrates are extremely high. Try two %50 water changes a week, and that tank should have extremely low nitrates. You want to keep them under 40ppm. Anything above starts to harm the fish.
