PLEASE HELP! FLUKES! SOMEONE WHO KNOWS ABOUT FLUKES ONLY PLEASE!

Silver dat that has fulkes that i cannot eliminate. i have tried posting on a few forums and i have previously tried the recommended treatments numerous times to no avail. I need a serious remedy real, real quick.
today i have just seen that my dat has developed a thick white cottony protruding ring on one of the eyes, very much a ring resembling a donut shape with a lighter clouded middle and more fleshy, cottony exterior. i have tried every med available via petstores and absolutely nothing has done anything. i have spent hundreds of dollars on bull**** treatments and i do not care what i have to go through, i just want to help heal my little buddy. any previous suggestions havent helped me at all.
PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME WITH ACTUAL SERIOUS ADVICE!!

prazi seems like a common cure but i have used products that are mostly made up of prazi, any thoughts on pure prazi or anything? i REALLY need help. dont want to see my little pal go in the quarantine tank

he probably should be in a Q tank already... Raise the temp up and add a strong bubbler. It sounds kind of like pop-eye, but the cottony description suggests a fungus. Treat with copper sulfate.
