please help GATF or ATF

whether its worth the price or not, you will need a large tank to accomodate this fish, as they tend to freak out and smash the glass of the tank, and eventually would die because of it.
 
got a 210 atm will see how big i need to go when the time comes
.... i said "freak out" alot of ppl are around my tanks at any given time , would that be a prob ?
 
there is a fish shop in my area here in Southeast Asia which has a big all glass tank with dimesion around 300 cm x 120 cm x 100 cm, and there were some goliath fishes like yours in the tank. The shop is visited by many people everday, and lots of people are stopping by in front of the giant tank. And even with such a big dimension like what they have, I still notice some bruises on the fish's noses (goliath) and some even delevop a tumor like around the same area. Maybe both sides of the tank could be painted to prevent them from smashing the glass, but dunno if its gonna work. Anyway, bigger space is always better.

Depends on how often you see them in your area. Otherwise with shipping its better to spend 400.00 on a healthy 6" GATF than a skinny high risk shipped 4" GATF (JMO).
 
There's a vendor on another site selling goliaths for $90 and he has lots.

Buy 4 and feed them a lot...they will look like the one in your picture in no time.

$400 for that fish is a rip off...don't be a sucker.
