my golden sevrum has about 3 or 4 red pimples on its face and head appered about 3 days ago and starting to grow. my tank has 2 plecos a small and a big one 4 harlequins 3 skirt tetra and the sevrum its a 190 litre tank and advice on how to treat this would be great ... thanks

Done .. Don't wana loose the lil fella.. I've done a 25% water change about 2 weeks ago and another 25% just now.. Once a month usually though. Going to get somthing for ammonia tmorrow after work aswell that's all I can find online that seems to make sense
I wish I could help but I can't see the spots, the pics are very hazy. This is also posted in the wrong forum section since it's posted in the General Saltwater section. The little that I can do is move it to the appropriate section Freshwater Diseases and Health Issues and ask you to provide your water parameters as you'll invariably be asked in order to help determine what is going on.
+1 I think the issue is water. Please post Ammonia, nitrites, nitrates and pH. 25% water changes per month isn't generally enough. What size is the tank? How long has it been set up? The more information you can give us the more we can help you.
