Was wondering what is wrong with my Green Terror..

He has been kept by himself his entire life, never seen another fish, never fed any LIVE foods, so I just don't know what is wrong with his eye.

It looks like a little white pimple right in the center of his eye. Upon closer inspection it looks to be under the lens of the eye.

He is quite jumpy, perhaps he damaged it himself? He is about 10 inches in size kept in a 45-gallon tank, and like I said NEVER ever has this fish been exposed to anything.

I tried to get some closeup photos, other then this eye problem he seems to be doing well.

I keep his tank in tip top shape with 50% water change / gravel-vac every 2-days.

Filtered with 2 Aqua-Clear 110 external power filters on a single 45-gallon tank.

Thanks for any help you can give me..

Has the spot gotten any bigger?

First and foremost, I would just like to :clap :clap :clap :clap you!! That ladies and gentleman is a definition of a GOOD PHOTO FOR DIOGNOSIS!!! It's clear, it's close up, and it focuses on the part of the fish infected!!! THANK YOU!!! But anyways, you said that your fish has never been exposed to any other fish, never been outside of your care, and never injested live foods. Good, you just narrowed down a whole list of possibilites. One thought though, has he ever been fed frozen foods? I only ask because even though they are supposed to be regulated, companies get away with a lot by packaging frozen, and there are some strains that can tag along. What type of water do you use to fill the tank with - tap, botled, Ro'd, live source (such as a lake or river, etc). IMO if everything is how it seems, and he has no other side effects than being skittish around the affected site (his eye), it may be nothing more than a calcium type deposite or cyst. We will start with the worst obviously, and rule out as we go.
