ah, well it is a mono or ocell becasue, the bar you see now in your cichla, is simply a stress marking. you will notice stress marks during acclimating new fish sometimes during feeding, and water changes. Other wise, once acclimated to its home it will lose the stripe you see in the pic and only have the verticle bars. those verticle bars signify it to be between mono-ocell-kelberi-orino-pleiozona- (ones off of the top of my head) and well considering orinos look some what diffrent and kelberis that small havnt been imported in a while, and pleiozonas are rare you have either a ocell or mono, in the near future as it matures you should post another pic, or look at both proven id'd monos and ocells and attempt to distringuish their diffrences and apply them to which yours looks like.
Note* you will most probably run across the word Farm bred, dont worry about it. lol..
