new pbass 3.5" today, both were fine, now one isnt looking so good! no water perameters, test kit to come tuesday. it did get popped alittle by my male convict but i have since removed it to solo tank! kinda red around fins. first pic was just getting home ONE ON LEFT, next two right now! HELP PLEASE!

bump up the heat to 86 add salt and , other than that maybe a water change its hard to say without water perameters red around the gills usually means high ammonia levels
 
do not add salt to a tank with p bass. it will do more harm than good. i had to learn that one the hard way.
 
If you don't have a test kit now to check the water, is the tank new? Has the tank been cycled?

I do it for medicinal purposes , Mine are swimming in it now because they got ich from a move :grinno:
