please help it's driving me mad

I have 2 cold water goldfish in a 50 liter tank 2 filters running, which i regularly clean and water change, but the tank is permanantly cloudy, you cant see to the back of it, what am i doing wrong??

What are your ammonia, nitrite, nitrate readings? This tank is small for 2 goldfish. What type of filters are you using, and are you using any fine filter pads which would catch particulate matter?

Sounds like a nitrogen cycle problem to me.

1. Whats the parameters of the tank? (ammonia,nitrite,)
2. Whats the Filter set up in detail?
3. How long has the tank been set up with fish?
4. Light on/off schedule?
5. substrate and decorations in detail?
6. what food are you feeding?
7. Water change schedule?
8. Water conditioner used?
9. Filter cleaning schedule?
10. Size of gold fish?
11. Current Pictures of tank?
