I live in Ontario were it gets kinda cold in the winter. Like -20c to even sometimes -40c! I have plans to put in a 400g pond to house tropical fish like oscars. So I was wondering if I could use a 1000 watt heater and a 1000 watt deicer and be able to keep them in the pond over the winter instead of putting the fish in 55g bins in my basement over the winter. Thx!
