:cry::cry: The leak is coming from the bottom of the overflow portion of the tank. It was a drip but I drain the water from the overflow and now there is no drip. Since the leak is confined to the overflow can I just repair that part of the tank or do I need to do something more and what material do I need to use? Please advise.

Your sure it is the tank and not the bulkhead within the overflow?

Luckly I don't have much experience with this, but you'll be looking at injecting weld on into the seam with a syringe. Good luck with it.

ive heard mixed reviews of repairing acrylic seams with injecting. sometimes it helps sometimes it weakens the whole seam for major failure. id definately do research and look into having a tank builder do it properly
