Please help me, how can i feed this coral??

I have a nano tank that was up and running for a while now and the water is already cycled and i added this coral and after i came a cross this post

I found out that my coral need some aditional feeding like micro planton or brine shrimp but still i don't know how to feed it ....please help a newby..Thanks you in advance.

You'll need to turn off the flow & then place some tiny pieces of meaty foods (chopped krill/shrimp, mysis shrimp) into the coral. There are little mouthes between the fleshy parts.

I would get a 2 liter pop bottle clean real good with hot water till there is no pop smell cut the bottom off and place around the hammer coral on top of it to keep your fish from picking at the coral while it eats then take it off a half hour later.
