please help me with iTunes

I can't figure out why I can't burn a disc from iTunes. I try to burn a disc, and the cd drive just pops open and I get a message saying "the attempt to burn a disc failed. An unknown error occured (2131)." I don't get it. I know the disc drive works because it will copy files and play music and stuff.

Please help!

try updating your itunes software or uninstall it and install again.

I just updated it before I tried to burn the disc. That didn't help.

Whenever i tried to burn a cd with itunes it tried to make me pay or something so i just used winows media player...much easier imo

Alright, after doing more research, I found a driver to install. It fixed the problem!

Yeah, you're right. I just didn't follow the cardinal rule - do some research yourself before asking a question.

I have never had a problem with burning cd's with itunes.
I use it all the time.
Are you sure you didn't put too much music ono the disk?
