Okay so gosh there's so much controversy on how to treat the white poop syndrome in flowerhorns what they say the best thing to do is to use the aqua clear well I can't find it anywhere in my town and I can't find it online it's all sold out what do I need to do to get my fish better he hasn't eaten hardly anything in about a week and a half please somebody help me what can I do to fix him
 
Never heard of white poop syndrome...Hexamita usual causes white poop so I'm assuming your talking about that. If so the treatment is usually metronandizole I buy the flakes from Ken's fish its premade with metro in it all you have to do is feed for a week should flush the worms out

That dosnt help me, but thank you my fish wint eat, and yes there is a flowerhorn sickness calked white poop syndrome, yes ushually a indication of internal parasites and my fh needs to be wormed with a syringe the best thibg is clear, but its sold out everywhere.
 
white poop is usually a symptom of a few different diseases, hexamita being a common one in cichlids and is a internal parasite that could be causing the "white poop" and metronidazole can be administered in water but works best if it can be added to food.
 
Who makes this "clear" I've seen parasite clear by jungle and paraclear by ocean free but neither one is force fed they are prazi , metro in liquid form added to the water
