Please help my black arowana!! =/

My 10" beautiful black arowana is starting to have signs of fin rot and I'm not quite sure what to do? It's been a few days already and I have done a couple 25-50% water change, added some aquarium salt, and even used Melafix. It just seems as if it's not getting better.

Can someone please help me on what to do?

I also forgot to mention that I do weekly water changes and have only been feeding him crickets and hikari arowana pellets. And if he doesn't eat all the pellets then i take it out.. Just don't know how to stop it from getting worse and i want it to grow back!
