Please help my festae

I came home today found my festae a little on the chubby side and white feces excreting from him, he still has it hanging and he isnt swimming all too well at all what should i buy him that would be most effective please help.

Sounds like bloat, epsom salts sometimes help fish vacate bowels. Don't try to feed, if in a community move to a hospital tank, this make keep it from spreading to other fish.

If it is still eating, I'd try to feed it some food with metronidazole in it. If it is really bad you might have to go with a harsh med like clout

every other day Aqueon cichlid sticks, new life spectrum, crushed massivore.
and no he isnt eating still, pale he can keep his balance alot better now, i've been dosing him with maracyn one hasnt been super effective. white feces (worm looking) have still been coming out :[, any stronger meds?

I thought these were used more as de-wormers, not so much for bloat?
