My flowerhorn’s hump is deflated on one side and I don’t know what’s the cause of that, maybe hitting something and injured himself? Right now he’s swimming actively and eating normally. BDDAE18D-26CE-48BB-8E15-0F1C43D2F0BE.jpeg7275C582-EBED-43D8-8B15-941261016473.jpeg

Hitting something usually doesn't make it deflate (it's not a balloon :) ) it usually results in a gash or abrasion if anything. Deflated FH humps can be related to a couple of things (which are ultimately stress related), incl.
1) water parameters -- plz let us know what your ammonia, nitrite and nitrate readings are. Do you have a water test kit?
2) water temperature -- what's you tank temperature? Too low can also cause their humps to deflate.
3) if it's sickened by bacterial or parasitic infection, but imo this would be less common than 1) and 2), and there would likely be other signs (e.g. not eating or white stringy feces, etc.).

Let's us know first on 1) and 2) and then possibly can advise further. Would also help to know how long the tank is set up and how long he's been in the tank, which is related to 1).
