I have an adult Glossolepis incisus that hasn't eaten in a week! It is bloated just behind the head/stomach area so that his side fins stick out, but then he tapers down to normal size and his scales don't stick out. He still swims around active and acts excited for food but just swims through it. What's wrong?! I expected him to be dead by now but it looks like there might be a chance if he's still active?? All other fish in the tank are healthy. I'd hate to loose him !:1zhelp:

Not an expert for this species, may it be a pregnant female. I happens with my melanotaenia praecox; they need a soft spot to lay the eggs (wool, java moss).

This is a male fish. I need to figure out something before the others in the tank start to eat him....grrr... my clown loaches and bosmani rainbow are nipping at him....
