Hi i have a 3" texas cichlid that had a rep bump under his gill like i made a post about a couple weeks ago.. well the LFS gave me sone medicine for it and i've put him on it for about 3 weeks.. I took him out for daily checks and i've forgot to for the past week and i took him out right now and there are 5 pimples on his body! One under hid bellie, 1 on his back finm the one on his gil, one on his back and one on his other side!! WHAT IS IT!?!?!
Please help my texas!!!!

Sounds like some type of Internal Parasites(?).. I would start with a salt bath, and then full doses of any Metrodazinole based meds you can find, but stay away from copper.
Sounds like anchor worms to me. Just a guess...hard to tell without seeing it first.
Sometimes you can actually see the worm coming out of the bump. If you can see it, remove it with tweezers. I heard a product called Dimilin works as well.
