A clearer shot would help, showing what you are seeing.
I see a little fuzziness, but nothing that stands out.
Is the jaw overly extended?
If so it may be columnaris.
And if it is columnaris, you would need to lower the temp gradually.
Columnar becomes especially virulent at temps of 82'F and above.
But without a clearer photo, it is impossible to tell.
Below is a pic of the beginning of a columnaris bacterial infection.

more advanced infection below.

it can also manifest as fuzzy tufts

He is in a 90 gallon tank with the divider.
He is acting ok and eating alright but not too sure is that the sign of HITH.

What kind of treatment should I use?

Thank you very much,

Raymond

just do 50-80% water changes every 1-2 days, use 1 TBSP of salt per 5 gallons of water everyday for a week. if it doesn't start to look better, let us know. Salt must be re-added w/ every water change

82F is rather higher than needed for a FH, it might be bacterial - I wouldn't keep a FH higher than 76F, it' a waste of electricity
