Short story i sneezed and the light fell into the tank about a ft. drop and landed on her. Now when she walks shes dragging her behind and her back feet arnt moving. Omg i feel so horrible is there anything i can do? Its my leopard gecko

Do you have an exotic vet in your area? If it were me, I'd want to know if this animal is in pain. If it is, it may need to be euthanized, and I'd only trust that advice from a vet.
ditto. Thats the best thing to do but don't let it just sit there. I crushed a house geckos head once (complicated story) and it still ate for a couple days before it gave up. It didn't move from its spot though. But vet. definitely.

He probably wont last long, so take him to the vet so that its pain can be reliefed. Dont beat yourself up but dont forget him either, if your going to get another make shure you take all the steps necessary to avoid this to ever happen again
