Please help sex my Cuban

I’m having trouble sexing my Cuban cichlid. I have trouble with venting. I thought sometimes in indicator of a female can be the spot in the dorsal fin. I think this fish has that. I also think this fishes body shape and color pattern are more in line with a male. Please let me know what you think.

Looks female from the vent pictures. Also like you said with the black marking on the dorsal points to a female. How big is the fish?
