Please Help.... Something on RT's face...

Yesterday everything was perfect. I went to go feed my young RT and I seen this....

He (?) has something on his face. ( I circled it in the pics..) I know the pictures are blurry and I will try to put up better ones later on tommorrow.

His tempermant, swimming, and appetite is the same.

Can anyone help identify what it is?

How do I treat it?

ANY advice is appreciated.

I plan on doing a tank cleaning tommorrow.

from what I can see looks like maybe a bruise? like he was digging in something and maybe got his lip caught or from lip locking if he has tankmates Id keep an eye on him and see if it goes down Im not sure if you could treat that with anything are there pots in the tank or maybe some eggcrate?
