So I noticed a white thing on my turtle's mouth two days ago, and assumed it was a scrape he got on a rock or something trying to eat a piece of food. It got rubbed off, and he seems fine.
Today I came home to find another on the other side of his face, and also a bit coming from his neck where it would scrape up against his shell. Is this just scraped skin and I shouldn't worry? Or could it be something more sinister like a fungus or something else horrible? I have very little turtle experience.

Hoping it's just a scrape. He's super active and always climbing around on/under rocks and shifting things around.
This is a reimanni snake neck, btw.
