Please help with my GT

Hey everyone i just moved my juvi GT to a 60g with rocks and sand. I put a pike cichlid with her and she keeps harassing it. Will this harassing stop? Whats the deal.. I read that these two could work together

They should. There is tons of big rocks and open spaces.

what i have noticed with some fish behaviour with new environment or new tank mate... they will "test" out what will be the "pecking order" and what is the best spot in the tank.

Well i have noticed my green terror is always around this one spot. and my other cichlid dug a hole into the rocks like a cave lol :>

The footprint of the tank may be too small, and it may or may not stop. If it doesn't stop in 2 weeks, put up a divider to reduce the stress on the pike. Remove the divider a few months down the road and see if the aggression changes.

Remove all structures/caves. Bare bottom would be the way to go. If you don't want to remove the aggressive fish.

This might not work...as the aggressive fish might drive the weaker one to extinction
