Please help with my Severum?

Hi, Ihave noticed these white spots on my Green Severum yesterday. They are only on one side of his body which is strange. Is this Ich or something else, and how should I treat it(commonly available meds please)? He is in a 180g tank with an Oscar, Chocolate, Blue Acara, and 6 Silver Dollars. Thanks guys

If the spots resemble cotton it would be a type of fungus

Its very possible was hard to tell from the pics but my severum gets little nicks like that once in a while. Watch to see if any of his tankmates may be doing it. He could have even just hit a piece of decor in your tank. Are the spots there still?

Those just look like missing scales to me. Looks like he got nipped in a fight. I wouldn't worry unless it gets worse.
