I have an extra 10 gallon setting around. Actually setting 3/4 full in living room. I am tired of looking at an empty tank. I need help figuring out something cool or odd to keep in there. Any puffers small enough? I need help! Any suggestion would not be too weird.

Yup there are several puffers small enough:
A couple of DPs would be fine (cute)
A figure 8 puffer probably (active and friendly)
red eye red tail puffer (shy)
red eye puffer (different and more aggressive)
Take your pick out of any of those - a bigger tank may be better for some, but it is not strictly neccessary as they dont grow big.

Thanks Rob. Could you give a typical setup for the puffers? What would make a good tankmate, if any?
if you do dwarf puffers, you can get three in a 10 gallon. Use lots of plants to give break up their line of sight. here are some good links for puffers.
