I have a 2 and a half inch siamese tiger (microleps) that has just started to get white film on both eyes - ammo 0 ,nitrite 0, nitrate 10ppm ,ph 7 .
 
Something is not right with your water,check your levels,is the tank newly set up?When you do water changes add aquarium salt.It could an injury but if its both eyes that are cloudy,I doubt it.
 
i have had the dats about 18 months water is changed 30% weekly and i did these test tonight when i spotted the dat
 
Sorry I completely overlooked where you mentioned the parameters in your opening thread.Something is obviously bothering him,do you use salt at all?
 
Try using salt in every waterchange you'll notice a major improvement

the one that is ill only eats prawns and the other eats smelt and is starting to grow i just thought they were slow growers
 
Adding salt and bumping up the temp should help
